Another homecoming has come & gone and I think it's safe to say that we are ALL so glad to have it behind us! It's always so exciting and fun, but by the end of the week, we are ready for it to be over. New Home has some really fun traditions and the whole community gets involved. Monday night they started off by having a powder puff game which we didn't make because it started too late and we knew we would be up late the next night. Tuesday we had the carnival which was a huge success! There were lots of games and activities for the kids such as, cake walk, put-put, bounce house, spider climber, dunk booth (where you vote on the teacher who you want to dunk:), face painting, and so much more. For a small town, they know how to throw a carnival! Then when the sun went down, the football players & cheerleaders came in and they lit a giant NH on fire instead of a bon-fire. Very fun! Friday was the parade, pep-rally, spaghetti dinner, & football game....so fun but so exhausting! The pictures are mainly of the parade....Jaxon's class did a "wipeout" float. It turned out super cute!
