Slacker....

SORRY I have been a huge slacker on blogging lately!  I feel like this summer has been such a blur!  We have been going non-stop!  School is right around the corner and I think we are ready!  Jax got a letter from his Kindergarten teacher so that was very exciting!  New Home is growing so fast and this year there are so many kids in pre-k and kinder that they are splitting the classes into two.  So, because of that, we didn't know which teacher Jax would get.  We haven't met the new kinder teacher and that's who Jax will have this year, so we are very excited to meet her and see what she's like!  We are finally getting to go on a mini-vacation this weekend!  I am SO excited to get out of town for a few days and take the kids to do fun, new stuff!  Jason has been working around the clock for the past 3 weeks, so it will be SO nice for him to have some time off, and for all of us to be together!  My cousin Dustin just bought a new house in Fort Worth that has an incredible back yard, pool, waterfall, & hot tub.....so of course we decided to crash his new place!  This will be our first trip with the kids since we went to Ruidoso.....umm....forever ago!  The travel part will be interesting with Maddox but if we can make it through that, then the rest will be tons of fun!  I will have lots of new pics when we get back home so stay tuned!!  In the meantime, I hope you all are happy & healthy!!
